It’s easy to lose yourself in the natural beauty and incredible autumn scenery throughout St. Elizabeth Village. Crisp strolls and seasonal celebrations have kept our hearts warm and full this season as the Village transforms from a lush oasis to an enchanting haven.
There’s a buzz in the air as occupancy opens at Upper Mill Pond – the latest, state-of-the-art development in our resort-style community. With so many new faces here in the Village, this month has been about making connections and friendships with our new residents and visitors!

Village Harvest Market
Harvest season was plentiful at St. Elizabeth Village! In celebration of Fall’s arrival, hundreds of St. Elizabeth Village residents and visitors joined us for our Village Harvest Market. An array of vendors offered local produce, treats, preserves, crafts and more while Bob’s Mobile Kitchen served up food truck favourites!
Trick or Treat Market
To kick off Halloween festivities in St. Elizabeth Village, residents gathered for an evening celebration, complete with food trucks and door prize raffles. Spooky season sure is an exciting time in the Village!

Can Garden Homes be customized?
ZEST’s finish selection packages have been set at the highest possible standard. Each purchaser will be provided with a selection of quality flooring, cabinetry and paint colours to choose from. Purchasers can also select from a wide range of upgrades to these finishes, at an additional cost; however, we believe upgrading is a personal preference not a necessity at St. Elizabeth Village.
