“Construction could begin next spring on the Upper Mill Pond, phase 1 of an $800-million development at the Village at St. Elizabeth Mills on the southwest Mountain.
Members of Hamilton city council’s planning committee approved on Tuesday a proposal by property owner Zest Communities that will eventually see a total of 157 condominium units on the northwest side of the 58-hectare site. The project at the 55-plus retirement community still requires city council approval.”
