Upper Mill Pond is being build in The Village at St. Elizabeth Mills in the city’s south end, ad white its gated community residences are for people 55+, there will be a public square replete with cafes, restaurants, brew pubs, butchers, bakers and organic food stores for everyone to enjoy.
The developer Zest Communities, enlisted Toronto based FORREC to design the public realm.
